European Data Laboratory EUDAL

How to find the data to answer migration questions is the main topic of the laboratory. EUDAL trains the student with the data sources available on migration information: Population data, Eurostat data on labor force, OCDE data, Census data, National data. The student will learn how to get statistical information on population movements, migration, labor force participation, education, employment and unemployment. In the first year the laboratory will concentrate on the data of destination countries while in the second year the laboratory will concentrate on the data from sending countries. The last year the laboratory will employ both dimensions.

The final manual guide, which has been prepared in the course of three academic years, is published in the section Manual Guide.
